Consistently observes deformation of the bridge girder
3D Bridge is an automatic monitoring system that displays the difference of estimated height and position information of the bridge girder; it will manage the coordinates in 3 dimensions with auto target aiming total station.
Since the system will survey for you in real-time, it is not necessary to interrupt the operation to conduct survey each time. The system also allows you to browse the deformation data via web browser from remote location (such as home, the office, etc.) with PC.

Performance on each method

Incremental launch bridge method
By surveying the position of the girder and the launching nose, you can understand the position of the girder during the incremental launching.

Cantilever method / Cable-supported bridge method
By surveying each step of the girder position, you can understand the subsidence on the bridge girder. You can use it as a reference to adjust the wire.

Crane bent method
By surveying the girder position during the bridge construction, you can simulate, based upon temporary set data, post-completion of the girder position.

Cable Erection Method
By surveying the position of receiving beam and wire pulley, you can verify the bridge deformation and position of the bridge girder during bridge construction.
